DESCRIPTION:For our November general meeting\, author Paul N. Herbert will speak on his latest book\, Treason in the Rockies\, which tells the dramatic and practically forgotten story of Harvard honor alumnus and Nazi sympathizer Dale Maple\, who in WWII broke two German POWs out of confinement in Camp Hale\, Colorado\, attempting to flee with them to Mexico.  We’ll cover a bit of the history of local POW camps\, too!
